Jade's story
Jade's owner surrendered her to a local vet clinic when they could no longer care for her. That clinic reached out to us and Jade was transferred to Purrfect Pals to find a new forever home. Jade is a sleek, young, black kitty with gorgeous gold eyes and a sweet temperament. She's a bit on the shy side and enjoys burrowing into blankets to hide at the shelter. Jade is looking for a home with kind people who will give her a little grace while she settles into yet another new environment. Like most kitties, she appreciates places of her own for napping, surveilling the world and playing. She has demonstrated a keen interest in catnip and catnip toys and would certainly enjoy an assortment of them in her new home. Jade does not seem fond of other cats, so we believe she should be an only child in her new home, for everyone's sake. We'd love to see Jade home, enjoying the proper life of a cat, with people to call her very own.
